FirstCALL EAP About FirstCALL FirstCALL is an innovative, full-service employee assistance organization that offers a wide-range of counseling, wellness, and other services to help client organizations achieve their strategic goals. In 1999, FirstCALL became a wholly-owned non-profit subsidiary of Main Line Health. Our core services began many years earlier, as our program was borne from a consolidation of three independent EAP's within the members of Philadelphia's Jefferson Health System. Our Mission is to partner with employers to provide services that maximize the value of their investment in their employees. Resolving issues that prevent employees to perform their jobs is only part of what we do. As your partner we align our programs to your corporate culture and strategic objectives to give your organization the support to effectively manage your human capital. Our Vision is to become the provider of choice for employers who value innovation, excellence, and initiative in the delivery
of employee assistance services. FirstCALL continues to add new programs to our suite of services in a proactive approach
to help lower costs. While effectively promoting FirstCALL's program and keeping access to services very simple, FirstCALL
has been successful in producing high utilization, high employee satisfaction, and high Returns on Investment for our employer
customers. For more information on how FirstCALL can help your organization, call 610-526-4411 or email our Director of Business Development. |
